She knows the local market through and through, is extremely skilled at negotiating and very knowledgeable. She does a fantastic job at educating newbie buyers (me) about the processes and rules of real estate transactions. Whenever I need to reach her to ask questions she answers them promptly and in detail. After working with her it's clear that Chelsea always has your best interest at heart.
